YOGA Ingredients

  • Wear comfortable work out clothes (shorts/tights and T-shirt).
  • Have a small breakfast (no sugar please).
  • Please come 5 minutes early, children need time to arrange their mats and settle in.
  • Bring a yoga mat.
  • No toys, chewing gums or cell phones allowed in the class.
  • No shoes or socks inside the class.

 

General Guidelines:

  • Be regular to the class.
  • If you have to miss a class, please let the instructor know.
  • If you miss more than 2 classes with out prior permission you will lose your place.

 

Class Timings:

Yoga I for kids 5-9 years of age: 9.30 – 10.15 AM
Yoga II for kids 9-13 years of age: 8.30 -9.25 AM
Yoga beginner: 8-8.25AM
