Children from the ages of 5 to 13 who are interested in Yoga have a place to practice Yoga for free. Nanda Bondade, a certified yoga teacher for 20 years teaches two classes every Sunday at The Durga Temple in Fairfax Station. Some of the activities the children will engage in include Yogasanas, chanting, meditation, games and story telling. The asanas will be age appropriate and progressively challenging.
